In our lab group, we realize that individuals have different strengths and weaknesses. With this in mind, we will embrace diversity in approaches and maximize the strengths of individual members of the laboratory team while challenging each member to develop new skillsets. The lab is a very team-oriented environment. We do our best work when present, communicating, and helping one another. If you want to learn together and expand your skillset to a more team-oriented environment, please feel free to reach out.

Equity Diversity & Inclusion

Equity, diversity, and inclusion are important to our work.  Our research will be better, more applicable, and stronger when we embrace different backgrounds, perspectives, and approaches in our lab and community. Everyone is welcome and will be supported in our lab, regardless of race, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.  In our lab, we commit to be respectful of each other. We do not tolerate harassment, belittlement, bullying, or discrimination. We are committed to learning more about promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion in our lab, on campus, and in the scientific community.
